Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Server – Layanan Pelanggan to join our vibrant hospitality team. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional food and beverage service while ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly, present menus, and provide detailed explanations of daily specials and promotions.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, enter them into the POS system, and communicate any special requests to the kitchen.
- Serve meals and drinks with professionalism, ensuring proper presentation and temperature.
- Monitor tables throughout the dining experience, refill drinks, address guest inquiries, and resolve any issues swiftly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, service stations, and dining rooms.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to ensure seamless service flow.
- Handle cash transactions, process credit card payments, and prepare accurate end‑of‑shift reports.
- Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.
- Assist in inventory checks, restocking supplies, and reporting any shortages to management.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, service techniques, and customer service best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to all genders; both male and female applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in food and beverage service or a related customer‑facing role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Honest, responsible, and able to uphold the highest standards of integrity.
- Strong teamwork orientation while also thriving when working independently.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure during peak service periods.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, with occasional overtime as needed.
- Basic knowledge of food safety regulations and the ability to apply them daily.
