Responsibilities
- Assist senior chefs with food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and plating.
- Learn and execute basic cooking techniques such as sautéing, grilling, and steaming under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety regulations (HACCP, local health codes).
- Monitor inventory levels of staples (rice, vegetables, spices) and report shortages to the kitchen manager.
- Support the dishwashing team to ensure a steady flow of clean cookware and utensils.
- Participate in daily briefings to understand menu changes, special orders, and service priorities.
- Provide courteous assistance to front‑of‑house staff when needed, fostering seamless communication between kitchen and dining areas.

Requirements
