Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Executive Sales Representative to join our rapidly expanding payment solutions team. In this role, you will be the face of our Electronic Data Capture (EDC) and Point‑of‑Sale (POS) products, forging strong relationships with small and medium enterprises (SMEs) across the region. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, possesses a solid foundation in sales canvassing, and is motivated by both personal growth and the opportunity to help merchants modernize their payment processes.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new SME clients for the installation of EDC terminals and POS systems.
  • Conduct on‑site visits and product demonstrations, explaining the benefits of digital payment solutions to merchants.
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
  • Maintain and nurture long‑term relationships with existing merchants, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Provide post‑sale support, including troubleshooting, training, and coordination with technical teams.
  • Gather market intelligence on competitor offerings and emerging trends in the fintech industry.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecast analyses for senior leadership.
  • Participate in regional sales meetings, workshops, and training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions, manage leads, and streamline the sales process.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: Up to 35 years old.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in EDC, POS, motorized sales, or canvassing roles.
  • Valid driver’s license (SIM) and personal motorbike for field visits.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision‑makers.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, customer‑needs assessment, and relationship management.
  • Tech‑savvy with familiarity in using sales enablement tools, mobile applications, and basic CRM platforms.
  • High level of motivation, resilience, and a customer‑centric mindset.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory and conduct on‑site canvassing.
