We are seeking a dynamic Pemimpin Hub – SPX Express to lead our hub in Muara Teweh, Kabupaten Barito Utara. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless inbound and outbound flows, supervising a team of couriers and drivers, and upholding the service‑level agreements (SLAs) that our customers rely on. Responsibilities
- Continuously monitor the end‑to‑end shipping and collection processes to guarantee timely deliveries.
- Oversee inbound and outbound activities, coordinating closely with third‑party logistics (3PL) partners to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
- Supervise sorting operations and the distribution of parcels by couriers, ensuring that each package follows the correct routing protocol.
- Lead a team of couriers and drivers, creating daily schedules that align with SLA requirements and operational capacity.
- Analyze delivery zones, design optimal routes, and calculate operational costs such as fuel consumption, vehicle maintenance, and overtime.
- Collaborate with warehouse managers to synchronize loading and unloading activities, reducing bottlenecks and improving turnaround time.
- Prepare performance reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and propose process improvements based on data insights.
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing company safety policies and conducting regular briefings with the team.
- Act as the primary point of contact for any escalations related to shipment delays, damages, or customer complaints.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field is a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience in logistics, supply‑chain management, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and control shipping, warehousing, and distribution processes.
- Strong communication skills—clear, assertive, and able to motivate a diverse team.
- Proven leadership capabilities with a strategic mindset for route optimization and cost management.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including weekends (Monday‑Saturday, 09:30‑18:30).
- Residency in or willingness to relocate to Muara Teweh, Kabupaten Barito Utara, Central Kalimantan.

- Technical aptitude for using logistics software, GPS tracking tools, and basic Excel functions.
