Responsibilities

- Maintain the visual appeal of the store by organizing shelves, restocking merchandise, and ensuring product displays are tidy and attractive.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, dusting, and sanitizing high‑touch areas to keep the store environment safe and pleasant.
- Create simple, engaging social‑media or in‑store content (e.g., product spotlight photos, short videos) to boost brand visibility.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system accurately, process transactions, and handle cash or electronic payments securely.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, checking stock levels, and reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet store performance metrics and uphold company standards.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay informed about new product launches, promotional campaigns, and customer service best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
