Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Supervisor Departemen Keuangan to lead our finance team in a fast‑growing organization. Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor a team of junior accountants, clerks, and finance staff, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance work environment.
- Prepare, review, and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) where applicable.
- Coordinate the budgeting process, monitor budget variances, and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.
- Oversee the preparation of tax filings, including corporate income tax, value‑added tax (VAT), and withholding tax, ensuring full compliance with Direktorat Jenderal Pajak regulations.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets, prevent fraud, and improve the accuracy of financial data.
- Conduct regular cash flow analysis, manage working capital, and liaise with banks and financial institutions for loan facilities and treasury activities.
- Support the audit process by preparing schedules, responding to auditor inquiries, and implementing audit recommendations.
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle Financials, or similar) to streamline processes and generate real‑time financial dashboards.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as Procurement, Sales, and HR to ensure seamless financial integration across the organization.
- Stay updated on changes in tax legislation, accounting standards, and industry best practices, and disseminate this knowledge throughout the finance department.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a supervisory (SPV) role within a finance or accounting department.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Excellent analytical skills and a detail‑oriented mindset for accurate financial reporting.
- Hands‑on experience in preparing comprehensive financial statements and management reports.
- In‑depth understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and practical experience handling tax compliance.
- Proficiency with accounting software and advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and a working knowledge of English.
