SMA Al Ittihadyah is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Guru PJOK/PJKR (Physical Education & Health Teacher) to join our faculty. Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive PJOK (Physical Education) and PJKR (Health Education) curricula that meet national standards and reflect the school’s mission.
- Plan, organize, and conduct daily physical activities, sports drills, and health workshops for up to 30 students per class.
- Assess student performance through practical exams, written tests, and observational evaluations, providing constructive feedback to support improvement.
- Maintain and manage sports equipment, ensuring safety protocols are observed and facilities are kept in optimal condition.
- Coordinate extracurricular sports teams and events, such as inter‑school competitions, school tournaments, and community health campaigns.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to integrate health and wellness concepts across other subjects, promoting a holistic educational experience.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and parent‑teacher conferences, presenting student progress reports and discussing strategies for improvement.
- Act as a role model by demonstrating professionalism, punctuality, and a commitment to lifelong learning, including the willingness to improve English language proficiency.
- Support the school’s Islamic ethos by respecting cultural norms and encouraging values of respect, humility, and responsibility among students.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Physical Education, Sports Science, Health Education, or a related field.
- Age: Up to 28 years old.
- Marital status: Unmarried (belum menikah).
- Religion: Muslim (Muslimah/muslim) – alignment with the school’s Islamic environment.
