Introduction

Adira Finance, a leading provider of consumer financing solutions in Indonesia, is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Officer – Channeling to join our expanding team in Jombang, Jawa Timur. This role is pivotal in driving loan origination through our network of agents, merchants, and partner channels. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales acumen with meticulous attention to credit documentation, ensuring that both revenue targets and risk standards are met.

Responsibilities

  • Execute sales activities under the guidance of the Sales Head – Channeling to consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Identify, acquire, and nurture new order sources from AXI agents, retail shops, durable‑goods merchants, and other Adira Finance distribution channels.
  • Process consumer credit applications by gathering, verifying, and validating all required documentation, and accurately entering initial data into the core system.
  • Conduct vehicle or equipment valuation (taksasi) for financing proposals, securing approval from the Sales Head before submission.
  • Perform field surveys of prospective borrowers, document findings, and upload comprehensive reports to the internal application platform while adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date records of client interactions, pipeline status, and channel performance metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with the credit underwriting team to ensure smooth handover of qualified applications.
  • Provide timely feedback to channel partners on product updates, promotional campaigns, and compliance requirements.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and sales workshops to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum D3/D4 degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Age: Up to 30 years old.
  • Gender: Male candidates only.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in financial services, automotive financing, or consumer durable financing.
  • Key Skills:
    • Strong sales orientation and ability to close deals.
    • Excellent communication and relationship‑building capabilities.
    • Attention to detail in document verification and data entry.
    • Basic understanding of credit assessment and risk management.
    • Proficiency in using CRM and loan origination systems.
  • Personal Attributes: High level of integrity, self‑motivation, adaptability, and a collaborative team spirit.
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
