Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Driver Operasional Profesional to join our hospitality team. This role is vital for ensuring seamless transportation and logistical support across our hotel properties, enhancing guest satisfaction through reliable and courteous service. Responsibilities
- Provide timely pick‑up and drop‑off services for guests, staff, and VIPs, ensuring punctuality and safety at all times.
- Transport linens, housekeeping supplies, and food & beverage items between hotel departments while adhering to hygiene and handling standards.
- Maintain a detailed log of vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, and service schedules, reporting any maintenance needs promptly.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections, perform basic checks (oil, tires, lights) and coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs.
- Assist with luggage handling, ensuring careful loading and unloading to protect guest belongings.
- Support event logistics by delivering equipment, décor, and promotional materials to meeting rooms and venues.
- Collaborate with front desk, concierge, and housekeeping to coordinate transportation requests and resolve any issues efficiently.
- Follow all hotel standard operating procedures (SOPs) and local traffic regulations, promoting a safe driving culture.
- Work flexible shift schedules, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts, to meet the 24‑hour service demands of the hospitality industry.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and presentable vehicle interior and exterior, reflecting the hotel’s brand standards.
Requirements
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK); D3/D4 preferred, especially in fields related to transportation or hospitality.
- Experience: At least 1 – 2 years of professional driving experience, preferably within the hospitality or hotel sector.
- Valid driver’s license for motorized vehicles and a clean driving record.
- Strong understanding of hotel operational standards and the ability to apply them in daily tasks.
- Excellent communication skills with a guest‑oriented mindset to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Professional appearance, friendly demeanor, and the ability to represent the hotel brand positively.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
