We are seeking a dedicated Guru Les Privat Profesional to join our dynamic tutoring team in Jakarta Timur. Responsibilities
- Design and implement customized lesson plans that meet the individual learning objectives of each student.
- Deliver one‑on‑one or small‑group tutoring sessions in subjects such as Mathematics, Science, English, and Bahasa Indonesia, adapting teaching methods to suit diverse learning styles.
- Assess student progress through quizzes, assignments, and informal evaluations, providing constructive feedback to both learners and their parents.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, lesson content, and performance metrics using the center’s digital management system.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to discuss academic strengths, areas for improvement, and strategies for continued development.
- Stay current with national curriculum standards and incorporate modern educational tools, including interactive whiteboards and online resources.
- Collaborate with fellow tutors and senior educators to share best practices and contribute to curriculum refinement.
- Uphold a professional and safe learning environment, adhering to the center’s policies on student welfare and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Minimum education: S1 (Bachelor’s degree) in Education, a relevant subject area, or a related field.
- Gender: Female candidates only, in accordance with the client’s specific requirements.
- Age: Up to 30 years old (maximum age limit as stated in the original posting).
- Experience: No prior professional tutoring experience required; fresh graduates with strong academic records are welcome.
- Essential skills: Ability to develop engaging teaching materials, excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English, and a genuine enthusiasm for student development.
- Soft skills: Patience, empathy, strong interpersonal abilities, time‑management, and the capacity to motivate learners.
- Availability: Willingness to work Monday to Saturday from 08:00 to 17:00.
- Legal eligibility to work in Indonesia.
