Responsibilities
- Create and manage daily schedules for couriers to pick up and deliver parcels, ensuring optimal routing and time‑efficiency.
- Supervise the entire shipping and receiving cycle, monitoring both inbound and outbound movements of goods.
- Define delivery zones and assign couriers to specific territories based on volume, distance, and customer priority.
- Oversee the hand‑off of items to third‑party logistics (3PL) providers, guaranteeing accurate documentation and timely transfers.
- Monitor the sorting process, confirming that items are correctly categorized and staged for distribution.
- Maintain real‑time visibility of inventory levels and report any discrepancies to senior management.
- Conduct shift briefings, reinforcing safety protocols, service standards, and performance expectations.
- Resolve operational issues on the spot, applying problem‑solving skills to minimize delays and customer impact.
- Collaborate with the regional planning team to forecast demand spikes and adjust staffing accordingly.
- Prepare end‑of‑shift reports, highlighting key metrics such as on‑time delivery rates, parcel counts, and incident logs.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field is a plus.
- 1–2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related industry.
- Thorough understanding of warehouse operations, order fulfillment, and last‑mile delivery processes.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey instructions clearly to diverse team members.
- Proven multitasking capability—managing schedules, overseeing shipments, and handling unexpected issues simultaneously.
- Demonstrated problem‑solving aptitude, especially under time‑pressured conditions.
- Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including early mornings or evenings as operational needs dictate.
- Residency in or willingness to relocate to Kahayan Tengah, Kabupaten Pulang Pisau, Kalimantan Tengah.
