Responsibilities
- Oversee the day‑to‑day execution of multiple projects, ensuring each stays on schedule, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and subcontractors, negotiating terms, monitoring performance, and resolving any issues that arise.
- Partner closely with the CEO to prioritize tasks, set realistic milestones, and translate strategic objectives into actionable plans.
- Develop, propose, and maintain detailed budgets and timelines, regularly updating stakeholders on financial status and forecasted expenditures.
- Ensure timely delivery of project outputs while maintaining organized, accessible file systems and documentation for audit purposes.
- Communicate progress, risks, and change orders to clients and internal teams, gathering required information to keep all parties informed.
- Conduct risk assessments, implement mitigation strategies, and adjust project scopes as needed to avoid delays.
- Prepare regular status reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and external partners.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including design, engineering, procurement, and field crews—to ensure seamless workflow.
- Promote continuous improvement by evaluating project processes, recommending best‑practice enhancements, and fostering a culture of innovation.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Open to candidates of any gender and age, with a focus on capability rather than seniority.
- No prior professional experience required; fresh graduates with strong motivation are encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and apply Design Thinking principles to solve complex problems.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—in Bahasa Indonesia and, preferably, basic English.
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

- Adaptability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, in a fast‑moving operational environment.
