Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing assessments and post‑procedure monitoring for all aesthetic treatments, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Administer injectable procedures (e.g., Botox, dermal fillers) under the supervision of senior medical staff, following strict aseptic techniques.
- Perform pre‑treatment consultations, explain procedures, address concerns, and set realistic expectations for clients.
- Document patient histories, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately in the electronic medical record system.
- Collaborate closely with beauticians, dermatologists, and other clinic staff to coordinate multi‑disciplinary care plans.
- Maintain inventory of medical supplies, ensure proper storage of pharmaceuticals, and adhere to regulatory compliance.
- Participate in continuous education programs, staying current with the latest aesthetic technologies and nursing best practices.
- Promote a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment, reflecting a professional appearance at all times.
- Assist in marketing initiatives by providing educational content on safe aesthetic procedures and after‑care guidelines.
- Support team meetings, contribute ideas for service improvement, and mentor junior staff as needed.
Requirements
- Female candidates only, maximum age 35 years.
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in Nursing (S1 preferred) or a certified Beautician (SMA/SMK).
- Valid Indonesian nursing registration (STR) is mandatory.
- Professional demeanor and polished personal appearance.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer‑service orientation.
- Result‑oriented mindset with the ability to meet performance targets.
- Previous experience in aesthetic or cosmetic nursing is a distinct advantage.
- Passion for the beauty industry and willingness to stay updated on emerging trends.
- Strong teamwork abilities and flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
- Commitment to a minimum one‑year contract period.
- Basic proficiency in Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus.
