Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Staff Administrasi Operasional Kantor to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

  • Perform daily clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry to maintain accurate records.
  • Manage inbound and outbound correspondence, including mail, packages, and electronic communications.
  • Support the procurement process by preparing purchase requisitions, tracking deliveries, and liaising with suppliers.
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, schedule appointments, and ensure conference equipment is set up correctly.
  • Maintain office inventory, monitor stock levels of stationery and consumables, and place orders when necessary.
  • Assist with onboarding new staff by preparing workstations, access cards, and introductory documentation.
  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as processing invoices, logging expenses, and reconciling petty cash.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies regarding health, safety, and workplace cleanliness.
  • Provide courteous support to visitors, clients, and partners, creating a professional first impression.
  • Collaborate with the HR and finance teams on special projects, such as employee engagement activities and monthly reporting.

Requirements

  • Educational background: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: Maximum 25 years old.
  • Marital status: Single (preferred to maintain flexible work schedule).
