Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Waitstaff to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team. This full‑time role is based in a high‑traffic restaurant that prides itself on delivering exceptional dining experiences to a diverse clientele. The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, and will be an integral part of a supportive team that values professionalism, energy, and a genuine love for hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their tables, ensuring a welcoming first impression.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions about ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders using handheld POS systems, and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve dishes and drinks in a timely, courteous manner, adhering to proper plating and presentation standards.
- Monitor table conditions, refill drinks, clear used plates, and maintain a clean, orderly dining area throughout service.
- Handle payment transactions, process credit card authorizations, and issue receipts with attention to detail.
- Collaborate with fellow servers, hosts, chefs, and management to coordinate seamless service flow during peak periods.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up dining stations, polishing silverware, and performing end‑of‑day inventory checks.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with local regulations and company policies.
- Provide feedback to management on guest preferences, recurring issues, and opportunities for menu or service improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 28 years old or younger.

- At least 1 year of proven experience in the Food & Beverage industry, preferably in a fast‑paced restaurant setting.
- Excellent physical stamina and mental resilience to handle long shifts and a busy floor.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
