We are seeking a dynamic Promotor Penjualan Elektronik to join our sales team in Indramayu. This mobile sales position focuses on promoting and selling high‑value electronic products to partner retailers within a designated territory. Responsibilities
- Actively promote and sell high‑value electronic brands to existing and potential retail partners.
- Conduct mobile visits to partner stores on a regular schedule (every 3–7 days) based on store traffic and sales potential.
- Maintain a detailed sales pipeline, updating CRM systems after each visit and tracking progress against monthly targets.
- Provide product demonstrations, answer technical questions, and educate store staff on key features and benefits.
- Collect market intelligence, including competitor activity, pricing trends, and consumer feedback, and report findings to the regional manager.
- Ensure proper merchandising and visual presentation of products in partner stores, adhering to brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with logistics to arrange product deliveries, ensuring timely stock replenishment.
- Participate in shift‑based work schedules that align with partner store operating hours, typically from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday through Saturday.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the company’s grooming standards during all customer interactions.
- Utilize a personal motorbike for efficient travel across the assigned coverage area.
Requirements
- Gender: All genders welcome.
- Age: 18 – 34 years (maximum 34 years).
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in the electronics or home appliances (HA) sector.
- Strong communication skills with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Well‑groomed appearance and professional demeanor.
- Willingness to work mobile, traveling daily to multiple retail locations.
- Own a reliable motorbike for commuting within the assigned territory.
- Basic understanding of electronic product specifications and the ability to convey technical information in simple terms.
- Team‑player mindset, yet capable of operating independently with minimal supervision.
