We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Senior Strategis Konten Creator to join our fast‑growing digital marketing team. This role is pivotal in shaping the visual and narrative voice of our brand across Instagram, TikTok, and various marketplace platforms. The ideal candidate will combine a keen eye for storytelling with technical proficiency in video editing, while staying ahead of the ever‑changing trends in social media. Responsibilities

  • Plan, shoot, and edit high‑quality photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok, and e‑commerce marketplaces.
  • Capture a wide range of assets including product close‑ups, production line footage, outlet highlights, and daily operational activities.
  • Utilize CapCut and other editing tools to produce short‑form videos that align with platform‑specific algorithms and audience preferences.
  • Monitor emerging trends, viral challenges, and hashtag movements to keep the brand’s content fresh and relevant.
  • Collaborate closely with the brand, marketing, and product teams to ensure visual consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Develop a content calendar that balances promotional pushes, community engagement, and storytelling initiatives.
  • Analyze performance metrics (views, engagement, conversion rates) and iterate on creative concepts based on data‑driven insights.
  • Maintain an organized digital asset library for easy retrieval and future repurposing.
  • Mentor junior content creators, providing feedback on composition, lighting, and editing techniques.
  • Ensure all content is delivered on schedule, meeting the company’s Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00 work cadence.

Requirements

  • Male candidates aged within the productive workforce range.
  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK (or equivalent). Preference given to those with additional vocational training in media production.
  • Proven experience as a content creator; at least 1‑2 years of hands‑on work in social media video production is a strong advantage.
  • Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok ecosystems, including algorithmic nuances, best posting times, and audience behavior.
  • Proficiency with CapCut; familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Creative mindset with a meticulous eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to work consistently, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
  • Passion for staying current with industry trends, digital marketing strategies, and emerging content formats.
