Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Admin Mini Soccer – Pengelolaan Administrasi Tim to join our dynamic sports organization. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented individual who is passionate about football (soccer) and eager to support the day‑to‑day operations of a youth or community mini‑soccer team. The successful candidate will act as the administrative backbone, ensuring that all paperwork, scheduling, and communication flow smoothly, allowing coaches and players to focus on performance and development.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate team rosters, player registration forms, and eligibility documents.
  • Coordinate practice schedules, match fixtures, and venue bookings, ensuring all parties are informed well in advance.
  • Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms, providing timely and courteous responses.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly newsletters, game day programs, and post‑match reports to parents, sponsors, and league officials.
  • Process payment of registration fees, equipment purchases, and travel reimbursements while keeping transparent financial records.
  • Assist coaches with logistics such as ordering kits, arranging transportation, and managing equipment inventories.
  • Update the team’s social media channels and website with match results, photos, and upcoming events.
  • Ensure compliance with local sports federation regulations, health and safety standards, and data‑privacy policies.
  • Support the organization of community outreach programs, tournaments, and fundraising activities.
  • Provide on‑site administrative support during match days, including scorekeeping, attendance tracking, and incident reporting.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Male candidates (as specified by the client).
  • Strong interest in sports, particularly soccer, with a willingness to learn the nuances of team administration.
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written – in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Proven ability to work actively, be alert, and respond quickly to changing circumstances.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic computer literacy, including MS Office, email platforms, and familiarity with cloud‑based collaboration tools.
  • Responsibility, reliability, and a team‑player mindset.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional evening or weekend events as required.
