Introduction
PT Fima, a leading nutrition and health‑product manufacturer in Indonesia, is expanding its market presence in the city of Blitar, East Java. We are looking for a motivated and energetic Marketing Representative – titled Duta Sehat Kota Blitar – to act as the face of our brand and promote our premium nutritional supplements directly to consumers. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to launch a career in sales, marketing, and public health advocacy. The successful candidate will work closely with the regional sales team, attend community events, and build lasting relationships with customers, retailers, and health professionals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct door‑to‑door and in‑store product demonstrations to educate consumers about the benefits of PT Fima’s nutrition lines.
- Develop and execute a daily visitation plan covering key residential areas, pharmacies, gyms, and wellness centers.
- Collect and document customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities to inform the regional marketing strategy.
- Maintain accurate sales records in the company’s CRM system, including order processing, follow‑up calls, and delivery coordination.
- Participate in local health fairs, school programs, and community workshops to raise brand awareness and promote healthy lifestyles.
- Provide product samples, promotional materials, and detailed product information to potential buyers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create localized promotional campaigns and social‑media content.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress to the regional manager.
- Uphold PT Fima’s values of integrity, customer focus, and continuous improvement in all interactions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Diploma) in Business, Marketing, Nutrition, Public Health, or a related field.
- Age: 30 years old or younger.
- Gender: Female (as specified by the local hiring policy).
- No prior work experience required; fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales and health promotion are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
- High level of self‑motivation, reliability, and a willingness to work independently.
- Basic proficiency with smartphones, internet browsing, and data entry for reporting purposes.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional flexibility for weekend events.
