Introduction

Adira Finance, a leading financial services provider in Indonesia, is expanding its sales team in Pekalongan, Jawa Tengah. We are seeking a proactive and results‑driven Sales Officer who will act as the primary liaison between our company and both existing and prospective customers. The successful candidate will join a collaborative team, report to the Regional Sales Manager, and be responsible for driving product uptake, managing credit applications, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from inquiry through payment.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Adira Finance’s portfolio of financing products to existing clients and new prospects across the Pekalongan region.
  • Identify, approach, and cultivate relationships with potential customers through cold calling, networking events, and referral programs.
  • Secure orders from channel distribution partners, collect initial data, and verify the accuracy of customer documentation.
  • Prepare and submit complete credit applications, ensuring all required paperwork complies with internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor the status of each credit application, provide timely updates, and communicate approval or rejection decisions to dealers and customers.
  • Inform customers of payment schedules, due dates, and collection locations, while addressing any inquiries related to financing terms.
  • Maintain detailed records in the CRM system, track sales performance metrics, and prepare regular reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop localized sales campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, share best practices, and contribute ideas for continuous process improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3 (associate degree) in any discipline; high school (SMA/SMK) graduates are also considered if they demonstrate strong sales aptitude.
  • Age: Not older than 30 years.
  • Work experience: At least 1 year in a similar sales or credit‑related role; fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome.
  • Possess a valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM A/C) and personal transportation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
  • High level of integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty.
  • Proficiency in B2C sales management, target‑driven selling, and customer‑oriented service.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, managing a Monday‑Saturday schedule (08:00‑16:00).
