Responsibilities
- Conduct field surveys and lead product and company outreach initiatives at the kecamatan (sub‑district) and desa (village) levels.
- Coordinate and secure meeting schedules with local collectives, ensuring all engagements align with corporate timelines.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of Account Officers (AO), administrative staff, and cashiers on a regular basis, providing constructive feedback.
- Prepare and deliver daily forecasts of transaction volumes, partner counts, and financing needs to supervisors and team members in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Perform periodic on‑site monitoring of all registered collectives to verify compliance and identify growth opportunities.
- Compile comprehensive monthly branch reports covering financial results, operational metrics, and strategic insights.
- Lead weekly branch meetings to review performance data, discuss challenges, and plan the upcoming week’s activities.
- Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer‑centric service.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all transactions, ensuring adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent, any study field.
- Age: maximum 35 years.
- At least 2 years of experience in banking, micro‑finance, or related financial services.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team‑lead experience.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities, strong communication skills, discipline, and integrity.
- Possession of a motorcycle with a valid SIM C license for field travel.
- Proficiency in data acquisition, debt collection processes, and strategic leadership.
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional weekend or overtime requirements for critical events.
