Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Petugas Lapangan / Account Officer to join our growing team in the Bogor region. This role is a vital link between our organization and the community members we serve, ensuring strong relationships, timely support, and sustainable growth across multiple districts, including Ciawi, Ciomas, Ciseeng, Cigombong, Warung Jambu, and Cileungsi.
The successful candidate will operate primarily in the field, conducting visits, surveys, and prospecting new members while upholding the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer service. This is a full‑time, permanent position (PKWTT) with competitive compensation and a clear career development path.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and nurture positive relationships with existing members and clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Conduct regular on‑site visits to assess member satisfaction, collect feedback, and resolve any issues promptly.
- Perform comprehensive surveys of potential members, gathering demographic and financial data to support credit assessments.
- Identify and cultivate new prospects, expanding the member base through targeted outreach and community networking.
- Prepare detailed reports on field activities, including visit logs, survey findings, and pipeline updates for senior management.
- Collaborate with internal teams—such as credit, risk, and operations—to ensure smooth onboarding of new members.
- Adhere to all compliance, health, and safety regulations, including BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan requirements.
- Participate in regular training sessions to improve product knowledge, communication skills, and field techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a technical or vocational background is preferred.
- Age: not older than 30 years at the time of hiring.

- Religion: Muslim (required to align with the organization’s cultural environment).
- Must own a reliable two‑wheel motor vehicle for daily travel across assigned locations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.

- Basic proficiency with mobile applications and data entry tools used for reporting.
- Willingness to start work immediately and commit to the standard work schedule (Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑17:00).
