Responsibilities
- Design and deliver customized lesson plans for subjects ranging from basic literacy and numeracy to advanced secondary school curricula.
- Assess each student’s strengths, weaknesses, and learning style to create targeted instructional strategies.
- Provide constructive feedback and regular progress reports to students and, when appropriate, to parents or guardians.
- Maintain a disciplined yet engaging classroom atmosphere, ensuring punctuality and adherence to the agreed schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
- Utilize a variety of teaching aids, digital tools, and interactive activities to enhance comprehension and retention.
- Prepare supplemental materials such as worksheets, practice tests, and revision guides tailored to each learner’s needs.
- Participate in periodic training sessions and professional development workshops offered by the company.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, including proper attire, courteous communication, and confidentiality of student information.

Requirements
