Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential new borrowers by conducting community outreach, attending local events, and leveraging personal networks to promote Amartha’s capital‑loan programs.
  • Provide on‑site economic counseling and financial literacy support to household members, helping them understand budgeting, savings, and repayment strategies.
  • Perform thorough field surveys and feasibility analyses of loan applications, ensuring each proposal aligns with Amartha’s risk‑assessment criteria, internal policies, and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate the collection of repayment installments, maintain accurate records of payments, and follow up with delinquent borrowers in a respectful yet firm manner.
  • Document daily activities, client interactions, and field observations in Amartha’s digital reporting system to facilitate real‑time monitoring by the regional manager.
  • Collaborate with the central underwriting team to provide additional information or clarification needed for complex loan cases.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and share best practices with fellow field staff to continuously improve service quality.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
  • Age between 18 and 30 years (maximum 33 years as stated in the original posting).
  • Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply; female applicants are given preference.
  • Own reliable transportation (motorcycle or car) to travel across the Cianjur area daily.
  • Strong personal integrity, honesty, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, resilience, and disciplined work habits.
