Introduction
We are looking for a dynamic Host Live Streaming Event Professional to join our fast‑growing digital media team. The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, coordinating with production crews, managing real‑time technical issues, and ensuring each streaming event runs smoothly from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Plan, script, and present live streaming events across platforms such as YouTube, Facebook Live, Instagram Live, and proprietary streaming services.
- Collaborate with producers, graphic designers, and technical engineers to set up cameras, audio, lighting, and interactive overlays.
- Engage the audience in real time by answering comments, conducting polls, and encouraging user‑generated content.
- Maintain a confident and professional on‑camera presence while adapting to unexpected technical glitches or schedule changes.
- Monitor streaming metrics (viewership, engagement rate, retention) and provide post‑event reports to stakeholders.
- Assist the sales team by subtly promoting products or services during the broadcast, turning viewership into conversion opportunities.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest trends in live streaming technology, platform algorithms, and audience behavior to continuously improve the quality of events.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, copyright regulations, and community standards throughout each broadcast.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
