Introduction
PT Mahakam Kencana Intan Padi is seeking a dedicated Tim Siaga Penanggulangan Darurat (Emergency Response Team Member) to join its West Jakarta branch. This role is essential for maintaining operational continuity, ensuring safety, and supporting the organization during unexpected incidents. The successful candidate will work from Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑16:00, at our office located on Jl. Haji Kelik, Ruko Permata Regency No. B‑21, Kel. Srengseng, Kec. Kembangan, Jakarta Barat.
Responsibilities
- Replace absent staff members in both operational and security positions to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
- Act as a rapid‑response backup, ready to deploy on short notice for urgent situations such as equipment failure, security breaches, or emergency evacuations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the office environment, adhering to company standards for hygiene and safety.
- Assist in basic first‑aid procedures and coordinate with external emergency services when needed.
- Conduct routine checks of fire safety equipment, alarms, and emergency exits to verify functionality.
- Document incidents, actions taken, and outcomes in detailed reports for management review.
- Support the security team in crowd control, access management, and visitor verification during high‑traffic periods.
- Participate in regular training drills and workshops to improve response times and teamwork.
- Communicate clearly with supervisors and colleagues, providing updates during emergencies and after‑action debriefs.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 35 years or younger.
- Gender: Male (as specified by the client).
- No prior work experience required; fresh graduates with the right attitude are welcome.
- Strong discipline and the ability to enforce workplace rules.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with staff, visitors, and emergency personnel.
- Quick adaptability to changing situations and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
- Physical fitness sufficient to handle occasional manual tasks and swift movement during emergencies.
- Willingness to travel on short notice and work flexible hours if an urgent incident arises.
