As part of the crew, you will become the face of Home Credit at partner outlets, helping customers understand and use our convenient payment solutions.
The position is based in Tegal and covers both street‑level stores and shopping‑mall locations. You will work a six‑day schedule, from Tuesday to Sunday, with daily hours of 11:00 – 20:00, allowing you to balance work and personal commitments while earning a competitive monthly income plus unlimited incentives.
Responsibilities
- Actively promote and sell Home Credit Indonesia payment products at partner retail outlets.
- Engage customers with clear, friendly explanations of financing options, guiding them through the application and payment process.
- Utilize personal Android smartphones to demonstrate mobile‑based payment tools and showcase the convenience of our digital platform.
- Create and manage social‑media content that highlights product benefits, special offers, and success stories, driving traffic to the outlet.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive sales space that reflects the professional image of Home Credit.
- Collect and report daily sales metrics, customer feedback, and market insights to the regional manager.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new product features, compliance requirements, and sales techniques.
- Collaborate with outlet staff and Home Credit partners to ensure seamless transaction processing and exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; candidates with prior retail or sales experience are preferred.
- Age not exceeding 40 years.
