Introduction
Adira Finance is seeking a motivated Relationship Officer for its Randudongkal branch in Central Java. This role is a key front‑line position that drives vehicle financing sales, builds strong customer relationships, and supports the growth of our multifinance portfolio. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic environment, balancing direct customer interaction with strategic channel management.
Responsibilities
- Promote and market vehicle financing products through face‑to‑face meetings, inbound/outbound calls, and digital channels.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture prospective borrowers, guiding them through the application and approval process.
- Maintain and expand distribution networks, including dealer partnerships, online platforms, and referral sources.
- Conduct on‑site consumer surveys to gather feedback, assess creditworthiness, and refine product offerings.
- Prepare and present financing proposals, ensuring compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory standards.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while monitoring key performance indicators such as conversion rate and loan disbursement volume.
- Collaborate with underwriting, collections, and after‑sales teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Generate regular reports on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support strategic planning.
- Participate in community events and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness in the Randudongkal area.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (any discipline) – graduates from all study programs are welcome.
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of experience in vehicle financing, automotive sales, or a related B2C environment (experience is a plus but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in sales management, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and basic financial analysis.
- Ability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00, at the Randudongkal branch.
