Responsibilities
- Develop customized lesson plans that align with national curriculum standards and individual student goals.
- Deliver engaging, interactive tutoring sessions Monday through Saturday, typically from 08:00 to 17:00, while maintaining a professional and supportive learning environment.
- Assess student progress through regular quizzes, assignments, and informal feedback, adjusting instructional strategies as needed.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and, when appropriate, to parents or guardians regarding performance and areas for improvement.
- Utilize a variety of teaching aids—including digital resources, textbooks, and hands‑on activities—to cater to different learning styles.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, lesson content, and student performance for internal reporting.
- Participate in periodic training workshops and peer‑review sessions to stay current with pedagogical best practices.

Requirements
