We are looking for enthusiastic and service‑oriented individuals to join us as Petugas Lapangan – Account Officer. The role focuses on empowering low‑income women entrepreneurs by providing them with capital, coaching, and ongoing support. This is a full‑time position (Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑17:00) with a clear career path, competitive compensation, and a supportive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit potential partners, primarily women from lower‑middle income groups, who are interested in starting or expanding a small business.
- Organize and facilitate the formation of productive groups, typically consisting of 10 women, to foster peer learning and collective borrowing.
- Assess creditworthiness and disburse micro‑loans according to the company’s financing guidelines.
- Provide regular business coaching, including financial literacy, marketing tactics, and operational best practices, to ensure sustainable growth of partner enterprises.
- Maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with all partners, serving as their primary point of contact for queries, challenges, and performance reviews.
- Collect loan repayments through bi‑weekly meetings, ensuring timely payments while offering flexible solutions when needed.
- Document field activities, prepare progress reports, and feed insights back to the head office to improve product offerings.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions, workshops, and community events to stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- All genders are welcome.
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse community members.
- Basic marketing and problem‑solving abilities; a proactive, solution‑focused mindset.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory and work independently in the field.
- Proficiency with smartphones and common office software for data entry and reporting.
