Responsibilities
- Conduct door‑to‑door visits and community outreach in assigned Bima territories to identify potential micro‑entrepreneurs and borrowers.

- Assist in organizing and facilitating local walk‑in interview sessions, guiding candidates through the application process.
- Maintain daily activity reports, updating the central CRM system with visit logs, client feedback, and lead status.

- Provide basic financial education to community members, explaining loan products and repayment schedules.
- Utilize social media platforms to promote Amartha’s services, share success stories, and engage with local audiences.
- Ensure personal safety and the security of company assets while traveling on a motorbike within the field.
- Participate in regular training sessions, workshops, and performance reviews to continuously improve field skills.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) preferred; high‑school (SMA/SMK) graduates and fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Age: Up to 28 years old; no strict upper age limit if the candidate demonstrates the required competencies.
