Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Manajer Operasional Laundry to lead our fast‑growing laundry service facility. Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the laundry operation, including receiving, sorting, washing, drying, ironing, and dispatching garments.
- Develop and manage staff schedules for six‑day work weeks (Monday – Saturday), ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts from 08:00 to 17:00.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse workforce, fostering a culture of honesty, hard work, and discipline.
- Monitor inventory of detergents, chemicals, and equipment parts; place orders and manage supplier relationships to avoid stockouts.
- Implement and enforce strict hygiene and safety protocols in compliance with local health regulations.
- Conduct regular quality‑control checks to guarantee that all processed items meet client expectations.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly, turning potential issues into opportunities for service improvement.
- Prepare operational reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as turnaround time, load efficiency, and cost per kilogram.
- Coordinate maintenance schedules for washing machines, dryers, and ironing stations to minimize downtime.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting process optimizations that reduce waste and increase profitability.
Requirements
- Female candidates only; gender requirement is part of the client’s cultural policy.
- Maximum age of 35 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 0‑2 years of experience in laundry or related operational roles; fresh graduates with strong motivation are welcome.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills; ability to work harmoniously with staff at all levels.
- Willingness to work in a shift system and adapt to flexible scheduling.
- High integrity, reliability, and a disciplined work ethic.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a plus.
- Proven ability to maintain cleanliness standards and follow safety procedures.
