Introduction

The successful candidate will work in a fast‑paced environment, balancing field canvassing, document verification, and close collaboration with internal credit, marketing, and back‑office teams.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct proactive canvassing and present Adira’s financing products to potential customers within the assigned territory.
  • Gather, review, and verify all required documentation for credit applications, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate daily with the credit analysis team, marketing specialists, and back‑office staff to streamline the loan approval process.
  • Provide comprehensive product information to prospects, answer queries, and maintain ongoing, trust‑based relationships with existing borrowers.
  • Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with local automotive dealers and other channel partners to generate referral business.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets by employing effective sales strategies, upselling appropriate financing solutions, and managing a personal pipeline.
  • Execute field surveys and on‑site assessments as directed by the dispatch system, adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and submitting accurate reports.
  • Monitor the progress of credit applications, communicate approval or rejection decisions, and guide customers through contract signing and loan disbursement.
  • Identify and communicate any additional requirements or documentation needed from applicants based on credit analysis outcomes.
  • Maintain detailed activity logs in the company’s CRM system, ensuring data integrity for performance tracking and audit purposes.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA), Vocational School (SMK) or equivalent.
  • Male candidates only, aged 23‑33 years.
  • No prior sales experience required; fresh graduates with strong motivation are welcome.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer‑focused attitude.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail for document verification.
  • Proficiency in using mobile applications, CRM tools, and basic office software.
  • Ability to work independently in the field as well as collaboratively within a multi‑functional team.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated area and work a schedule of Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
