Responsibilities
- Accurately operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system, process cash, credit, and digital payments, and issue receipts.
- Greet customers warmly, answer product inquiries, and provide personalized recommendations to enhance the shopping experience.
- Maintain a tidy and organized checkout area, ensuring that merchandise displays are stocked and visually appealing.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with store policies while maintaining a courteous demeanor.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and support promotional events.
- Create engaging social media content (photos, short videos, captions) that showcases new arrivals, special offers, and in‑store events.
- Perform routine cash drawer reconciliations at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Assist in inventory counts, restocking shelves, and reporting any stock discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Uphold store standards of honesty, punctuality, and professionalism at all times.
- Participate in briefings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Open to candidates up to 30 years old.
