Introduction
FIFGROUP, a leading financial services provider in Indonesia, is expanding its field collection team in Purwokerto. We are seeking a proactive and trustworthy Kolektor Lapangan who can engage directly with customers, negotiate payment plans, and protect the integrity of our loan portfolio. This role offers a dynamic, field‑based environment where you will interact with a diverse client base, develop strong negotiation skills, and contribute directly to the company’s financial health.
Responsibilities
- Visit borrowers who are past due on their loan repayments and conduct face‑to‑face collection efforts.
- Negotiate repayment terms, provide clear education on installment obligations, and explain the consequences of continued delinquency.
- Design and propose rescheduling plans for customers experiencing financial difficulty, ensuring realistic and achievable payment schedules.
- Prepare and submit daily or weekly visitation reports, including photographic evidence, borrower signatures, and electronic updates to the central system.
- Verify the existence and whereabouts of borrowers when listed addresses are incorrect or unresponsive, using mapping tools and local networks.
- Issue formal warning letters (Surat Peringatan) to borrowers who are more than 20 days overdue, following compliance guidelines.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all customer data and uphold data security standards at all times.
- Collaborate with the credit and legal teams to escalate high‑risk cases and support dispute resolution processes.
- Achieve weekly and monthly collection targets while adhering to ethical and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a high school diploma is required.
- No upper age limit; candidates of any age who meet the other criteria are welcome.
- Open to all genders.
- At least 0 years of professional experience; fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license (SIM C) and personal transportation (motorcycle or car) for field mobility.
- Strong administrative abilities, including accurate record‑keeping and report generation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on empathy and conflict resolution.
- Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and capable of working independently under minimal supervision.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain professional confidentiality.
- Basic proficiency with mobile devices and collection management software.
