Responsibilities
- Develop and execute PR strategies that align with event calendars, promotional campaigns, and corporate objectives.
- Generate creative, media‑friendly story angles and content ideas that highlight the uniqueness of each festival or cultural program.
- Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, media advisories, fact sheets, and other PR materials with a high degree of accuracy and brand consistency.
- Identify, engage, and maintain ongoing relationships with journalists, editors, bloggers, and KOLs across print, broadcast, and digital platforms.
- Coordinate and facilitate media coverage for events, including press conferences, backstage tours, and exclusive interviews.
- Monitor media exposure, track coverage metrics, and compile comprehensive reports that measure the impact of PR activities.
- Respond quickly and professionally to media inquiries, crisis situations, or emerging public communication needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams—marketing, production, artist liaison, and operations—to ensure messaging consistency and timely execution.
- Support the planning and execution of on‑site activation zones, influencer meet‑ups, and other promotional activities that boost brand visibility.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date media database and regularly refresh contact lists to maximize outreach efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to candidates of any gender.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Demonstrated networking ability and a genuine passion for music, festivals, and cultural events.
- Creative mindset with the ability to brainstorm and produce engaging content for diverse media channels.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, deadline‑driven environment.
- Quick decision‑making and responsiveness when handling media or public communication issues.
- Prior experience in public relations, media relations, or communications is a strong plus.
- Proficiency with PR tools, media monitoring platforms, and basic graphic design software is advantageous.
- Flexible to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional evenings or weekends for event coverage.
