Responsibilities

• Prepare a wide variety of espresso‑based drinks, pour‑overs, cold brews, and specialty beverages according to standardized recipes.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation for all coffee equipment, workstations, and seating areas.
• Take customer orders accurately, provide product recommendations, and ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Handle cash transactions, operate the POS system, and reconcile daily sales reports.
• Monitor inventory levels of beans, milk, syrups, and consumables; restock supplies and notify management of shortages.
• Engage with customers on social media platforms, sharing daily specials, behind‑the‑scenes content, and promoting upcoming events.
• Collaborate closely with fellow team members to maintain a smooth workflow and a positive work atmosphere.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new brewing techniques, product launches, and customer service best practices.
• Assist in organizing and executing in‑store promotions, coffee tastings, and community outreach activities.

Requirements

• Educational background: Minimum D3/D4 (Associate degree) or high school diploma (SMA) or equivalent.
• Age: Maximum 25 years old.
• Gender: Female (per company policy).
• Work experience: No prior experience required; we welcome fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn.
• Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends (Monday – Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
• Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment.
• Active presence on social media and comfort creating engaging content related to coffee culture.
• Preferably unmarried, reflecting our current employee demographic focus.
• Core barista skills: knowledge of coffee bean origins, grinding ratios, milk frothing, and equipment maintenance.
