Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential borrowers in the Bogor region, presenting Amartha’s loan programs and guiding prospects through the enrollment process.
  • Conduct on‑site economic assessments of household income, expenditures, and asset holdings to determine suitability for financing.
  • Prepare and submit detailed loan application dossiers, ensuring compliance with Amartha’s internal policies, risk‑rating criteria, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with the credit underwriting team to address any documentation gaps and expedite approval timelines.
  • Provide ongoing financial coaching to borrowers, monitoring repayment behavior, and offering advice on cash‑flow management and business development.
  • Execute collection activities in a professional and respectful manner, following agreed‑upon payment schedules and escalating delinquent accounts when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate field reports, update the CRM system daily, and share market insights with the regional manager to inform strategic decisions.
  • Represent Amartha at community events, local market gatherings, and partner meetings to strengthen brand visibility and trust.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age between 18 and 30 years (maximum 33 years accepted for flexibility).
  • All genders are welcome; female candidates are given preference due to community dynamics.
  • Own reliable motorized transportation to travel across the assigned territory daily.
  • Strong personal integrity, honesty, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders.
  • Resilience and self‑discipline to work independently in the field, often under varying weather and logistical conditions.
  • Basic digital literacy: ability to use smartphones, data entry applications, and simple analytical tools.
  • Prior experience in field sales, micro‑finance, or community outreach is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Willingness to work full‑time, Monday through Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00, with occasional weekend activities for community events.
