We are seeking a dynamic Manajer Operasional Villa Proyek to join our growing hospitality team in Sleman, Yogyakarta. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of a premium villa property, ensuring that every guest experience meets our high standards of comfort, service, and aesthetic excellence. Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of daily villa operations, including seamless check‑in and check‑out procedures that reflect a warm, professional welcome.
- Maintain the cleanliness, orderliness, and visual appeal of indoor and outdoor spaces, ensuring the property is always ready for creative and business‑focused events.
- Schedule and perform routine maintenance of facilities, and liaise with external technicians for any required repairs or upgrades.
- Manage inventory of linens, consumables, and operational supplies, tracking usage and forecasting needs to avoid shortages.
- Prepare detailed operational and financial reports for the central office, guaranteeing transparency and accountability.
- Deliver personalized hospitality services, addressing guest inquiries promptly and resolving issues with a solutions‑oriented mindset.
- Supervise and mentor a small team of housekeeping and support staff, fostering teamwork, training, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and local regulatory standards, conducting regular audits and corrective actions as needed.
- Utilize basic vehicle driving skills for property inspections, supply runs, or guest transportation when required.
- Participate in marketing initiatives by showcasing the villa’s unique features to prospective clients and event planners.
Requirements
- Male or female candidates; gender is not a restriction.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in hospitality, property management, or villa/guest‑house operations.
- Strong proactive attitude and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent time‑management and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of facility maintenance and household management.
- Team‑player mindset with effective communication abilities.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a vehicle – considered a plus.
- Proficiency in Indonesian; English language skills are an advantage.
- Availability to work Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional weekend or evening duties during peak periods.
