Responsibilities
- Assist the Kids Club Manager in planning, coordinating, and supervising daily gym and recreational activities for children aged 3‑12.
- Prepare safe and engaging play areas, ensuring all equipment meets health and safety standards.
- Support the development of age‑appropriate activity schedules, including arts & crafts, sports, educational games, and themed events.
- Monitor child participation, providing attentive supervision and fostering a positive, inclusive atmosphere.
- Collaborate with hotel staff, housekeeping, and food & beverage teams to deliver seamless service during special family events and birthday parties.
- Maintain accurate attendance logs, incident reports, and inventory of toys, sports gear, and consumables.
- Contribute ideas for new programs that align with current trends in child development and wellness.
- Assist in marketing the Kids Club through social media posts, promotional flyers, and on‑site signage.
- Provide feedback to senior management on guest satisfaction, operational challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and professionalism at all times.
Requirements
- Male or female applicants – gender neutral.
- Minimum education: Vocational High School (SMK), Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Recreation Management, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
- Currently enrolled in an internship program or willing to commence a full‑time internship as part of academic requirements.
- Strong interest in the hospitality industry, particularly in family‑focused services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Professional appearance and well‑groomed demeanor.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Disciplined, responsible, and proactive with a positive attitude toward learning.
- Willingness to commit to the internship period defined by the company (typically 3–6 months).
