Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Crew Dapur Hub Mingguan to join our dynamic team at the ASTRO Hub in Jakarta Barat. This full‑time position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our weekly kitchen hub, supporting both back‑of‑house efficiency and front‑of‑house service excellence. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail‑oriented individual with a passion for food preparation, inventory management, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure daily kitchen operations run seamlessly, from opening preparations to closing procedures.
- Conduct thorough checks and cross‑verification of product quantities against inventory records to prevent discrepancies.
- Update stock levels, inventory logs, and inbound deliveries in real‑time using our digital management system.
- Prepare and submit routine operational reports, highlighting key performance metrics, waste, and any operational issues.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness of the work area, equipment, and storage facilities in compliance with food safety standards.
- Execute the full cooking process, transforming raw ingredients into high‑quality, ready‑to‑serve menu items according to standardized recipes.
- Prep ingredients, portion controls, and assemble mise‑en‑place before each shift to ensure readiness.
- Participate in shift handovers, communicating any critical information to incoming crew members.
- Assist with occasional inventory audits, receiving deliveries, and organizing storage to optimize space.
- Support fellow team members during peak periods, demonstrating teamwork and flexibility.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age limit: 35 years or younger.
- At least 1 year of experience in the Food & Beverage industry, preferably in a kitchen or as a barista.
- Willingness to work across any ASTRO Hub location and to adapt to shift schedules, including early mornings and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail, quick decision‑making abilities, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Physical stamina to handle long periods of standing, lifting, and fast‑paced cooking activities.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Self‑motivated, hard‑working, and capable of operating independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency in basic cooking techniques, stock control, and use of kitchen equipment.
