As we continue to expand our market presence, we are looking for a motivated Specialist – Marketing Strategy and Brand Development to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of the Wuling brand in Indonesia.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with corporate sales targets and brand positioning.
  • Lead brand development initiatives, ensuring consistent visual identity, messaging, and tone across all channels.
  • Plan, create, and manage digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and emerging social networks.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics, generate insights, and optimize spend to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to generate qualified leads and support dealer events.
  • Maintain and grow the company’s social media presence, crafting engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and freelancers for creative production, media buying, and influencer partnerships.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators, market trends, and competitive analysis.
  • Assist in organizing promotional events, roadshows, and product launches, ensuring brand consistency throughout.
  • Continuously monitor industry developments, consumer behavior shifts, and emerging digital tools to keep the brand ahead of the curve.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (SLTA/Sederajat).
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in digital marketing, brand management, or related fields.
  • All genders are welcome to apply.
  • Age: No strict upper limit, but candidates should be able to meet the physical demands of the role.
  • Strong command of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, SEO/SEM platforms).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills; ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
  • Disciplined, honest, and self‑motivated with a “GET UP, SHOW UP, NEVER GIVE UP” mindset.
  • Possession of a personal motor vehicle for travel to dealer locations and events.
  • Active personal social media accounts and experience in creating online advertising content.
