Introduction
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Warehouse Administrator and Inventory Control Specialist to join our fast‑growing distribution team in Sukabumi. This pivotal role ensures that all inbound and outbound goods are accurately recorded, that warehouse documentation is meticulously filed, and that daily, weekly, and monthly reports are produced on time. The successful candidate will thrive in a high‑tempo environment, work collaboratively with warehouse staff, and contribute to the smooth flow of products from suppliers to customers.
Responsibilities
- Enter all incoming and outgoing inventory data into the company’s ERP system with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain an organized physical archive of warehouse documents, including delivery notes, purchase orders, and quality inspection reports.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports, highlighting discrepancies, stock‑level trends, and key performance indicators for management.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to schedule deliveries, resolve discrepancies, and ensure that stock is stored in the correct locations.
- Perform regular cycle counts and assist in full physical inventory audits to validate system data.
- Monitor stock expiry dates and implement first‑in‑first‑out (FIFO) or other rotation methods to minimize waste.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, such as streamlining data entry workflows or enhancing document filing standards.
- Support the procurement department by providing up‑to‑date inventory status for purchase planning.
- Assist in training new warehouse staff on proper documentation and inventory handling procedures.
- Work under tight deadlines and manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: up to 40 years.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a Warehouse Administrator in a distribution or wholesale environment.
- Strong computer skills, especially with inventory management or ERP software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities; able to work effectively in a team setting.
- Demonstrated ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to Sukabumi is preferred.
- Availability to start immediately or within a short notice period.
- Key soft skills: attention to detail, organizational prowess, problem‑solving mindset, and a proactive attitude.
