Introduction
Arjuna DPS is seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our front‑of‑house team as Pelayan Restoran (Restaurant Server). Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly with a friendly attitude, escort them to their tables, and present menus.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, repeat them back to guests for confirmation, and input them into the POS system.
- Serve dishes and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to Arjuna DPS standards.
- Monitor table conditions, refill drinks, clear used dishes, and maintain a clean and organized dining area throughout service.
- Handle cash and electronic payments, issue receipts, and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other servers to coordinate order flow and address special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Respond to guest inquiries, resolve minor complaints on the spot, and forward more complex issues to the floor manager.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene protocols, including proper food handling, sanitation of workstations, and compliance with local regulations.
- Assist with opening and closing duties such as setting tables, restocking supplies, and conducting end‑of‑shift inventory checks.
- Maintain a professional appearance by wearing the prescribed uniform, name badge, and adhering to grooming standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar restaurant or hospitality role.

- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia (additional language proficiency is a plus).
- Demonstrated honesty, responsibility, and a customer‑centric mindset.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proven capability to perform under pressure during peak service periods.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service techniques, including proper table setting and etiquette.
- Flexibility to work the scheduled shifts: Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
