Responsibilities
- Handle front‑desk duties, including greeting customers, answering phone calls, and responding to email inquiries.
- Maintain and update the store’s inventory management system, ensuring accurate stock levels for gadgets, accessories, and promotional items.
- Process sales transactions, issue receipts, and manage cash registers with a high degree of accuracy.
- Assist the sales team in preparing product displays, restocking shelves, and arranging promotional signage.
- Conduct routine data entry tasks such as updating customer databases, recording warranty registrations, and filing sales reports.
- Support the store manager in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, highlighting key metrics like sales volume, inventory turnover, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to schedule deliveries, handle returns, and resolve any discrepancies in shipments.
- Provide basic technical assistance to customers, helping them understand product features, warranty terms, and usage tips.
- Participate in periodic training sessions on new gadget releases, sales techniques, and compliance standards.
- Ensure the store environment remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
Requirements
- Gender: Female (per company policy for this role).
- Age: 19‑30 years old.
- Education: Minimum SMA (high school) for part‑time; D3/D4 preferred for full‑time candidates.
- Strong interest in sales, consumer electronics, and the latest gadget trends.
- Demonstrated honesty, perseverance, and innovative problem‑solving abilities.
- Willingness to be placed at the Mojosongo Central Store or any branch as required.
- Basic proficiency with store management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with flexibility for occasional overtime during promotional periods.
