Responsibilities

- Maintain an organized checkout area, ensuring that all necessary supplies (receipts, bags, promotional flyers) are stocked.
- Perform daily cash reconciliation, preparing cash‑up reports and notifying the store manager of any discrepancies.
- Assist with inventory control by scanning returned items, updating stock levels, and reporting low‑stock alerts.
- Support sales initiatives by upselling complementary products and informing customers about ongoing discounts and loyalty programs.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism, escalating complex issues to the supervisor when necessary.
- Participate in regular training sessions on product knowledge, POS software updates, and customer‑service best practices.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding health, safety, and data protection, especially when handling personal payment information.
- Collaborate with team members across departments (e.g., merchandising, stockroom) to ensure smooth store operations and a cohesive customer experience.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (as specified by the hiring policy).
