Introduction
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Therapist Kesehatan Mental to join our growing mental health team. This full‑time position offers the opportunity to provide professional counseling and therapeutic services to a diverse client base, helping individuals achieve emotional well‑being and resilience. The role is based in a modern, client‑focused clinic that operates Monday through Saturday, with working hours from 08:00 to 17:00.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide one‑on‑one counseling sessions, group therapy, and crisis intervention as needed.
- Utilize evidence‑based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and reflective therapy.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical standards and local regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers—to ensure coordinated care.
- Monitor client progress, adjust treatment strategies, and provide follow‑up support.
- Deliver educational workshops and community outreach programs on mental health awareness.
- Participate in regular supervision, case reviews, and professional development activities.
- Manage a balanced caseload while working effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, honesty, and responsibility in all interactions.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a degree in psychology, counseling, or related field is highly preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in mental health counseling or therapeutic services (0+ years acceptable for entry‑level candidates).
