Introduction
We are seeking a qualified General Practitioner (Primary Health Services Specialist) to join our expanding primary‑care network. This role is integral to delivering comprehensive, patient‑centered medical services in a fast‑moving clinic environment. The successful candidate will work alongside a multidisciplinary team of nurses, health educators, and administrative staff to ensure high‑quality, accessible health care for our community.
The position offers a full‑time schedule, Monday through Saturday, with morning shifts from 08:00 to 17:00. Candidates of any gender who hold a valid medical license (STR) and are willing to obtain a practice permit (SIP) are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough medical examinations, diagnose acute and chronic conditions, and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Provide preventive health services, including immunizations, health screenings, and lifestyle counseling.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date electronic medical records in compliance with national health regulations.
- Collaborate with nurses, laboratory technicians, and pharmacists to coordinate patient care and follow‑up.
- Participate in community outreach programs aimed at health education and disease prevention.
- Respond promptly to emergency cases within the clinic’s scope of practice and coordinate referrals to tertiary facilities when necessary.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and ensure a safe, clean clinical environment.
- Engage in continuous professional development through seminars, workshops, and peer review sessions.
- Support clinic administration by assisting with patient flow management and reporting key health metrics.
- Promote a culture of empathy, respect, and patient confidentiality in all interactions.
Requirements
- Medical degree (S1 Kedokteran) from an accredited university.
- Active Surat Tanda Registrasi (STR) and willingness to obtain Surat Izin Praktik (SIP).
- Minimum of 0 years of professional experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Ability to work morning shifts (08:00‑17:00) from Monday to Saturday.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients and colleagues.
- Basic knowledge of health management principles and ability to handle administrative tasks.
