The position is based in the central district of Banjarmasin (Kec. Banjarmasin Tengah) and offers a full‑time schedule from Monday to Sunday, 08:00 – 17:30. Successful applicants will start work immediately and will become part of a professional crew dedicated to safety, efficiency, and superior service.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist drivers entering and exiting the parking area, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression.
- Verify vehicle tickets, issue receipts, and manage payment transactions using cash or electronic systems.
- Monitor parking spaces for availability, guide customers to vacant spots, and enforce parking rules and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle entries and exits, reporting any discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Conduct routine inspections of the parking facility to identify safety hazards, broken equipment, or security concerns.
- Provide prompt assistance during emergencies, such as vehicle breakdowns, accidents, or fire alerts, following established protocols.
- Collaborate with fellow attendants and management to optimize traffic flow during peak hours.
- Perform basic cleaning and upkeep of the parking area, including sweeping, litter removal, and signage checks.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on customer‑service standards, cash‑handling procedures, and safety guidelines.
Requirements
- Male candidates only; must be able to work without corrective lenses (no glasses, no contact lenses).
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age not exceeding 28 years.
- Height of at least 165 cm with a proportional, healthy body weight.
- No facial piercings, tattoos, or other visible body modifications.
- Strong customer‑service orientation, with the ability to communicate clearly and courteously.
- Demonstrated teamwork skills; able to cooperate with colleagues to achieve common goals.
- Basic numeracy and cash‑handling ability; familiarity with point‑of‑sale or ticketing systems is a plus.
- Readiness to start work immediately and commit to the designated location in Banjarmasin Tengah.
