Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential new borrowers, presenting Amartha’s micro‑loan products and guiding them through the application process.
- Provide ongoing economic counseling and support to household members, helping them manage finances, improve cash flow, and grow their small businesses.
- Conduct thorough field surveys and feasibility analyses of loan applications, ensuring compliance with Amartha’s underwriting criteria, risk policies, and regulatory standards.
- Manage the full cycle of loan repayment collection, maintaining accurate records, following up on overdue payments, and fostering positive relationships with borrowers to minimize defaults.
- Document all interactions and field activities in the company’s digital CRM system, providing timely reports to supervisors and contributing to data‑driven decision making.
- Collaborate with regional team members and senior partners to share insights, refine outreach strategies, and support community events that promote financial literacy.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑30 years.

- Own a reliable motor vehicle for daily field visits.
- Strong personal integrity, honesty, attention to detail, and disciplined work habits.
